Tracy Arbuckle, EA Partner
Tracy is a Lancaster native that loves all things Lancaster. Before devoting her work full-time to Arbuckle Offenberger Business Advisors, LLC, she spent several years working on a part-time basis in public accounting while raising her son, with her husband of 30 plus years. She became an Enrolled Agent in 2012 and is a member of The National Association of Enrolled Agents and The Ohio State Society of Enrolled Agents. Tracy is responsible for the overall management of the firm and provides a variety of accounting, payroll, tax, and consulting services to clients. She specializes in helping small businesses implement strong accounting systems.
Tracy is currently a Board Member and the Treasurer for The Lancaster Festival & The Lancaster Port Authority.
Tracy enjoys nature, long walks with her dogs, and spending time with her family.
Todd Offenberger, CPA Partner
Todd merged his practice into Arbuckle Phayer Accounting Group in December 2024. At that time the firm became Arbuckle Offenberger Business Advisors. Todd graduated from the University of Dayton with a bachelor’s degree in accounting in 2006. He has a broad background of experience working in the tax, accounting and consulting arenas with clients in the manufacturing, service, restaurant, transportation, and real estate industries. Todd currently serves as Treasurer and Board Member of the Kiwanis Club of Lancaster Ohio and is also a member of the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
During his free time, he enjoys golfing, staying out of the way and doing what he’s told on his wife’s horse ranch, and being a father to four mostly well-behaved children.
Jodie Phayer, EA
Jodie is a Native of Lancaster and appreciates all this city has to oVer. Before AO Business Advisors, LLC, she spent 15 years working part-time for a public accounting firm and 30 years in the non-profit sector as the Financial Administrator for First PresbyterianChurch. During this time, she remained in Lancaster and raised her four children. She became an Enrolled Agent in 2012 and is a member of The National Association of Enrolled Agents and The Ohio State Society of Enrolled Agents. In 2013, Jodie co-founded Arbuckle Phayer Accounting Group, LLC which became AO Business Advisors In December 2023. Jodie prepares Individual Income Tax Returns for the firm.
Jodie is currently a Board Member and the Treasurer for Lancaster Rotary Club and The Salvation Army of Fairfield County. She is also a Board Member of the Fairfield County Foundation and the Lancaster Special Improvement District (SID).
Jodie is newly married and combined with her husband, they have 6 kids and 10 grandchildren. She enjoys the beach, spending time with her family, and walks with her dog, Buton.
Ronnie Blankenship, CPA
Ronnie Blankenship resides just outside of Lancaster. He graduated from Wilmington University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. Ronnie has over 25 years’ experience in Tax Management and has been with AO Business Advisors, LLC since 2017. Ronnie Specializes in small & midsize business consulting & tax services. Beside working at AO Business Advisors, LLC, Ronnie is also a business owner, where he specializes in restaurant management and operations.
Ronnie spent 5 years as a board member for both the Lancaster Fairfield County Chamber of Commerce and the Arthritis Foundation.
Ronnie has been married for 25 plus years and has two children. He enjoys spending time with his family and going on cruises. It’s best when he can combine the two!!
Tracy Arledge
Tracy is a Staff Accountant II and has been with AO Business Advisors since 2016. Tracy and her finance have 4 children between them. Tracy’s kids are active in baseball, volleyball, and basketball. She’s an avid fan and rarely misses a game. When not at a game you can likely find her with family and friends bowling, boating, fishing, or camping.
JD Arbuckle
JD is a Staff Accountant I and began in 2022. Murphy is JD’s sidekick (aka office dog) and between naps you may find them taking a stroll downtown. JD is newly married and together they enjoy country music concerts, comedy shows, and movies. JD is a college basketball and football enthusiast. Stepping into his office you’ll be able to see that Ohio State is his favorite team. GO BUCKS!
Amy Wright
Amy is a Seasonal Tax Preparer and has been with us since 2021. Amy and her husband have two children and two grandchildren. Amy doesn’t think twice about jumping in her car to travel out of state to visit or babysit those precious grandbabies. Amy enjoys bowling, golfing, and working out. Say “Hi” if you see her out walking with her friend group!
Carey Payne
Carey is the firm administrator. She started with us in the fall of 2020. Carey has five kids, a new son in law, and dog child, Auggie. Carey enjoys traveling and trying new things. Her bucket list is long! When not planning her next vacation, she enjoys time with family & friends. Carey loves auctions and the treasures that she finds…. Don’t ask her about it unless you have time to spare!!!
Nancy Lambert
Nancy is a Staff Accountant and started with the company in the Summer of 2024. She graduated from Ohio University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and has worked in the field for 30+ years.
Nancy loves to be out in nature. On the weekends you will find her hiking, bird watching, or tandem kayaking with her husband. UNLESS it is Winter, and then you will find her with a good book or puzzling. Not a fan of the cold!!!!
Nancy and her husband have been married for 30+ years and are lifelong Lancaster area residents. They have 3 grown children, 2 grandkids, and 2 four legged kids. Their happy place is the beach, and they vacation there as often as possible.
Bobbi Crawford
Bobbi is a Senior Staff Accountant and joined AO Business Advisors in January 2025. She has been an enrolled agent since 2005. She is familiar with various business accounting programs and enjoys preparing business and personal income tax returns.
Bobbi was raised in Lancaster and is a LHS graduate. She has been married to Don for over 40 years and they live in Violet township with their kitten. Bonzo.
In her free time, she enjoys relaxing at the beach, building Legos, and laughing with family and friends.
Jennifer Poling
Jennifer is a Staff Accountant II and started at AO Business Advisors in 2018. Jen loves all things outdoors and photography. She shares that passion with her trusted pup, Hunter. Hunter gets to go on her annual trips to Tennessee and her most recent two week adventure traveling out west. When she’s not traveling, she can be found hiking, fishing, camping, hunting or gardening… and she has pictures to prove it!
